These 1-hour workshops (with longer or tailored workplace sessions available) focus on the foundations of everyday wellbeing including energy, digestion and daily habits without restrictive rules or unnecessary complexity. All content is evidence-informed and designed to support general health and wellbeing.

Experience and Background
I have over 20 years’ experience in education, including leadership roles and work in SEN settings, allowing me to deliver accessible, engaging sessions for a wide range of audiences. I also hold a current DBS check for work in schools and community settings.
