Before retraining as a Nutritional Therapist, I spent 20 years working in education, including leadership roles and supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility for others, meet high expectations and put everyone else first- often at the expense of your own health and wellbeing.
During those busy and demanding years, I often pushed through ongoing health issues, telling myself they were “normal” and something I simply had to manage. I experienced digestive changes, skin concerns and a constant sense of being on high alert, often feeling out of sync with my body. Over time, I began to question whether this really was normal, especially as I felt increasingly drained and aware that something wasn’t quite right.
Training in nutritional therapy gave me a deeper understanding of how interconnected the body’s systems truly are, and how symptoms are rarely random - they are meaningful signals pointing to underlying imbalances that need attention. I also came to recognise the importance of looking beyond nutrition alone, considering the role of stress, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing in supporting lasting, meaningful change.
This holistic approach allows me to look at the whole person, moving beyond calorie counting, restrictive diets or quick fixes. I focus on thoughtful, practical strategies that support your health in a way that is both sustainable and aligned with your individual needs and lifestyle, because 'one-size-fits-all' solutions rarely work when it comes to real, lasting wellbeing.
Now, through Naturally Guided Nutrition, I help women, children and families make sense of their health, uncover what’s really driving persistent symptoms, and take clear, realistic steps toward lasting wellbeing. I provide practical, personalised strategies that fit seamlessly into your life, helping you regain clarity, confidence, and a sense of control over your health.
I support women, children, and families who want to understand how gut health, digestion and stress connect to overall wellbeing. Many have been navigating persistent symptoms for months, or even years, often only noticing them when daily life starts to feel out of sync.
Nutritional therapy, the framework I use, looks at the whole person: considering lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and nutrition to help uncover the underlying factors driving symptoms.

A holistic approach tailored to your needs, considering lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and nutrition.
