Tutored by nutritional therapist Rachel Barkess, this fun, hands-on workshop will guide you through making delicious dairy-free chocolate using simple, natural ingredients.
You’ll start with a basic chocolate recipe and learn how easy it is to recreate at home using just a few wholesome ingredients. You’ll then have the opportunity to experiment by adding optional extras such as fruits and nuts, creating your own flavours and combinations using moulds provided.
Throughout the session, you’ll explore different ways of adapting the recipe to suit your own preferences.
Along the way, Rachel will also share information about cacao and chocolate, including its traditional uses and naturally occurring nutritional properties.
This is a relaxed, creative session where you can enjoy learning, tasting and making chocolate you can feel good about.
All ingredients are provided (where possible organic), along with a recipe pack to take home so you can recreate everything at home.
Please bring a chopping board and a container to take your chocolates home in.
